For one scheduled shift I will learn as much as I can about your business. I want to work with your core staff, meet your customers and understand your daily routines. Let me observe you in action! From my work day, I should be able to identify practical solutions and recommend an appropriate action plan.
Time frame would be up to one week from store visit. This will give me time to put together an outline, training guideline and action plan for you and your store team.
Please note that I may find processes that need to be developed in order to reach a specific goal in the action plan. Help in developing these new processes may cost additional time therefore my hourly rate will be charged.
